The GREAT Tech Awards: Expanding NY Startups to the UK

I’m reaching out today to introduce you to the GREAT Tech Awards, an award competition to send five NY tech companies on a week-long business development trip to London (October 14-19, 2013) to help them expand their startup to the UK. We are also recognizing one British company that has successfully expanded here to NY. This competition is run by UKTI with the help of our advisors, judges, and sponsors. We are currently accepting applications until September 6th, and will be announcing the final winners at a gala in NYC on October 2nd, 2013.

The Advisors’ Choice Award will recognize a successful British tech company that has established a dynamic presence in the New York market. The winner of this award will receive prizes from UKTI and BritishAmerican Business. Find out more here.

  1. Thanks for the valuable information. I've been researching the internet looking for tips for my own start up business. I am currently exploring personal care contract manufacturing, where I would manufacture personal care products on a contractual basis. After researching the market I believe that I could fill a nice little niche.
