NYC Fashion Fellows Program

The NYC Fashion Fellows is a year-long fellowship (in it’s second year) – managed by the 92nd Street Y (92Y) in partnership with the NYC Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) – designed for rising stars in fashion management who have been identified by their employers and the NYCFF Selection Committee as future leaders in fashion. As part of the Fashion.NYC.2020 initiative to support the long-term growth of the City’s fashion industry, the program helps Fellows advance to the next stage of growth in their professional careers and their organizations and will strengthen the community of fashion professionals as a whole through mentorship, educational seminars, and networking. Exclusive mentorship relationships and program partners are senior leaders from some of the world’s top organizations like Coach, Versace, JCrew, DVF, Macy’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, Ann Taylor, Birchbox, Brooks Brothers, Bloomingdales, Theory and more. Fellows are future fashion leaders in Gucci, Tory Burch, DVF, Tod’s Group, Saks Fifth Avenue, Donna Karen, Coach, Juicy Colture, Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, Macy’s, Dagne Dover, Frieda and Nellie, and more. Since January, I’ve been invited to private and semi-private events with Kenneth Cole, Alexis Bittar, Eran Cohen, and Marigay McKee, with many more to come between now and December including Frank Zambrelli (Co-Founder + Partner at Banfi Zambrelli), Tony Spring (new Chairman + CEO at Bloomingdale’s), and Katia Beaucamp and Hayley Barna (Birchbox Co-Founders).
