LAUNCH EVENT FOR NEW CAJUN AND SOUTHERN COOKING SHOW TO BE HELD ON MARDI GRAS, MARCH 4TH, FROM 6-8 PM, AT BEER AUTHORITY NEXT TO THE PORT AUTHORITY BUILDING NYC.

Pentloft Studios LLC is producing Cajun in the City, a new cooking show bringing the Bayou to the Big Apple, will have its launch at Beer Authority, 300 W 40th St, New York, NY 10018, on March 4th from 6-8 PM.
Host Cajun Ken will be cooking on the main floor and doing a live educational demonstration and handing out samples of his Bayou Sliders and Cajun In the City Boiled Shrimp. Free Mardi Gras cake from sponsor Cake Boss Cafe.
Show excerpts and one full episode will air over Beer Authority’s entertainment system.
Production and promotional filming will be taking place throughout the event.
