LGC Shared Savings Lease Program: Energy Efficency Incentive Program

LGC is a clean technology manufacturer (LED lighting, Fuel Cells, Biomass) and unique in that GE Capital is one of our partners and we have over $1BB available for our Shared Savings LED Lease Program.  This program allows clients that do not have access to capital to be able to take advantage of our clean technology, energy efficient LEDs without investing any capital and still have major energy and cost savings.

After conducting a complimentary lighting audit and analyzing utility bills, we look at the kWh reduction and energy cost savings clients can achieve with LED conversion, typically 50-75% on lighting.  From that figure, we take a 70/30 split.  70% goes towards the lease payment and 30% back to the client so every project is cash flow positive from day one.

Moreover, this program is an 8-10 year operating lease so there is ZERO impact to the clients’ balance sheet.   Additionally, as part of the lease payment we include the removal of older less efficient bulbs, installation of LEDs and a 10-year maintenance and warranty agreement.  All our LEDs are rated for 100,000-hours lifespan.  Zero risk for clients, new found capital without investing any upfront capital, and significant Greenhouse Gas reduction.

Additional savings to the bottom line can be significant, as the client no longer needs to purchase bulbs or change and maintain bulbs/ballasts for a decade.  Our client base includes sixteen segments: Commercial Real Estate/REITs, Higher Education, K-12, Municipalities, Healthcare, Hospitality, Airports, Private Parking, Retail, Shopping Malls, Gaming, Entertainment, Warehouse Distribution, Manufacturing, Franchise/Chain, and Financial Services.

Our second phase is to rollout our patented Fuel Cells/Biomass equipment towards 2013, which will take entire properties completely off the grid while generating zero emissions and reducing total energy cost across the board by 30-40%.

We look forward to being your clean energy partner for years to come.
